Purikad TANKS

Purikad Tanks (on ice) is the original Purikad squad. Our team quickly found a fitting slogan, "tanks on ice", because in the beginning that's exactly what we were. Many of us were just learning how to skate, and, as such, falls and bruises became our regular guests. Today the "tanks" are moving quite qraciously and our enthusiasm for the sport has grown so much that we play and practice many times a week. And lets not forget our 8AM Monday morning meeting: Hockey!

The number of Tanks is among the biggest number of Purikad rosters! The age limit is missing and we have a really great group of hockey lovers. The series we play is HHL Division III (amateur league) . But besides games and tournaments there are practices. Those are fun!

The coach of this roster Olle Sildre is among ... the youngest in this group. But his proffessional attitude has carried into our squad. Tanks that were formed just for kicks and fun are dangerous group which means business in games. Sometimes we take it too seriously and we are proud winners of HHL Division III in 2007/08. Last year we finnished 2nd after Monstera 2.
